In our current team we use Greenhopper and do our scrumboard electronically. As the scrum-master I find it sometimes convenient, as I can review the tasks and scrub the board from anywhere. But I have to say, there are some things that are just too damned slow.
I think for the team members (as opposed to the SM and PO) it would be nicer to use a physical scrum board.
