There's this story about a man's safeway club card records being used as (incorrect) evidance, then there was the blind guy arrested (as a hacker) the other day simply for using a Lynx browser .

The Seattle Times: Local News: Fireman attempted to set fire to house, charges say: "Although Lyons said he had not bought any fire-starters, police reports show that Lyons' Safeway Club Card had been used to purchase a fire-starter in July, charging papers say."
