I just made my Cantenna from a Medaglia D'Oro can (Espresso, full-caf).

Followed the instructions and it's tripled my signal strength.

Only strange thing it the amount of time it takes my wireless bridge (Linksys WET11) to aquire any signal from the MetroFi access point.
